Where Coffee and Landmines Meet, You Can Help

Where landmines and coffee meet

Coffeelands Landmine Victims’ Trust is a collaborative effort between Dean’s Beans Organic Coffee Company, the Polus Center for Social and Economic Development, Inc., and the Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement of the U.S. Department of State. Together, they are asking coffee roasters to provide grants and donations to the victims of landmines in the many coffee growing regions affected by the terrible impact of landmines.

Columbia, the most extreme example, is both the second largest coffee exporter in the world and has the third highest rate of landmine victims. Learn more.
